We carefully inspect used saddles that come our way and only post saddles that are structurally sound (to the best of our knowledge). We are not able to open up the saddle and verify tree integrity, but we’ve also been on the receiving end of buying a used saddle that ended up having a compromised tree and it sucks! So we don’t post anything that we have knowledge about being in any sort of accident or horse rolling over in and most saddles we post have been inspected by a saddle rep for soundness within the last year. No guarantees are given, but we do our best to provide due diligence.
